Why hands-on beats slide-deck.
Most "AI consultants" will sell you a strategy they couldn't build themselves. I'm the opposite. I ship this stuff for a living — agentic architecture, MCP integrations, context engineering, evals — so the plan I hand you is grounded in what genuinely works today, not what sounds good in a deck.
That matters because AI is powerful and also perfectly happy to be confidently wrong. The difference between a demo and something you can trust is engineering: clear guardrails, the right context, a human in the loop where it counts, and hard testing before anything touches a customer. Knowing where AI breaks — and building around it — is most of the job.
I keep a deliberately small, senior practice. You work with me, not a rotating cast of juniors. Plain English, no lock-ins, and you own everything we build.
